This was the cutest little stop! The decor and vibes are totally on theme!! We only got some milkshakes passing through! Best we've ever had! Can't wait to come back!

i used the RV spot behind the resto. it was great, nice setting and oh boy, a hot hot tub. the lady at the resto was very helpful in showing me the spot. it had power and water. it is not pull thru so i had to unhook my utility trailer, but no problem.. and you get the world's best milk shake,
Absolutely love this spot! Had the pleasure of meeting the new owners and they are so genuine and are putting so much love in this place. The food was so so good. Hadn’t had a burger like that in forever and I’ll be dreaming of it for a long time. Stayed in the cabins and boy oh boy the pictures don’t do it justice! The perfect spot for when you need a relaxing or romantic ski weekend away.
We had to make a last minute reservation to stay at the cabins behind the diner after a reservation issue with thousand trails. The staff was to unbelievably helpful and kind! We called 5 minutes before closing they stayed until we were able to get to the diner, nearly 30 minutes after closing. They made us a hot meal and brought it to our cabin. It was such a great experience after such a rough couple of hours.
A must hit spot when traveling through Leavenworth! Tons of decorations throughout and the overall design of the building is an absolute trip back in time. Then there’s the food. It is diner food done exceptionally well! And based on the picture I saw, even Guy Fieri has eaten there and looked like he had enjoyed the food as much as I did. My wife had the Jan’s Classic burger - perfectly cooked, the patty was juicy was just flat out a great burger. I had the California Philly, or Philly California - also a really good choice. The meat is tender, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The crinkle cut fries I got were good, but the onion rings my wife got with her burger were delicious. They are exactly the onion rings you want and expect from a diner - they did not disappoint. Finally, as many others have noted, the real milkshake is a must! I can highly recommend a pineapple/coconut/banana version, but suspect any will be delicious. Last, but most definitely not least, the staff are super welcoming and friendly. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back every time we are in Leavenworth!
New ownership is taking pride in this place, they have put in some much needed elbow grease. The Fisherman’s cabin is quite improved and still reasonable for what you get! Clean, comfy and the grounds are beautiful. Please keep this gem alive! Stopped for breakfast with the classic egg scramble, was filing and tasty. Bonus: tall person shower!
This is just an amazing diner. Food, vibes, service, they have it all. I had the 59er and a peanut butter banana milkshake. And I wouldn't be exaggerating to say it was one of the best meals I've ever had. I never thought milkshakes could get better than they already were! Vibe amazing. Nice, clean seating and Elvis playing while we ate. All servers were incredibly sweet. I'll definitely have to come again. ❤️
Ate at the diner for dinner. The meatloaf was awesome and so we're the shakes. One of the best marshmallow milkshakes I've ever had! Can't wait to go back.
